FAQ

When your iPhone or iPad is turned on, hold down the power button and the home button at the same time. Continue to hold both buttons down until you see the phone turn off, then the white Apple logo re-appear. Then release. This often takes care of certain issues such as freezing apps, slowness, WiFi connection issues, or phone connection issues.
If your iPhone or iPad seem to be running slow, sometimes you may have used up all the temporary memory. The memory that runs and processes all your functions and apps. Hold down the power button until you see the "swipe to power off" bar. Keep holding down and then hold down the home button. After a few seconds your device should return to the home screen. This cleared your RAM (temporary memory).
The most common thing you will find on the internet is put your device in a bag of rice. This is a very bad idea. Rice will remove all the water, but what it also does is leave behind all the minerals on your electronics. Once you turn it back on, the mineral build up will start to corrode and short your device over time. The best thing to do it take it out of the water, immediately power off (or remove battery if you can) and bring it into Device Rehab.
Device Rehab's certified techs use only OEM quality parts during repairs. We do not use copy or low quality Chinese parts. We do not re-use your old LCD during a cracked screen repair. These practices can sometimes offer slightly lower repair prices, but the quality is sub-par and most likely your device will not operate as it should, or will suffer catastrophic damage and you will be needing a more expensive repair down the road.
Device Rehab carries refurbished and certified iPads, Macs, iPhones, Samsungs, L's, and other smart phones. We also carry open box items. Refurbished and renewed devices are just as good, if not better than brand new. Often you hear about a brand new phone having issues or recalls. Certified used or refurbished have gone through more testing than brand new devices get. They are put back to factory specs and worn parts are often replaced with brand new ones. Warranties are still available. These are much lower in price and require no contracts.

iPad Shattered

Screen was shattered, LCD was blinking and two corners were badly smashed in.  Frame corrected, LCD adjusted and new glass installed.
